That background shapes how Cadence works. We don't hand a clinic another tool and wish them luck. We run the reactivation ourselves, report the results in pounds, and hold ourselves to the same data-handling standard we apply to clinical records.
It also shapes what we promise. We start with a free teardown and a fixed-fee audit precisely because we would rather show a clinic the real number than sell them a subscription they won't use.
We learned to look after medical data before we ever offered to look after a clinic's lapsed patients. The care comes first; the growth follows from it.
